    1、燃煤导热油炉的焊接工作由持有锅炉压力容器焊工考试合格证的焊工操作。
    2、焊接外形尺寸符合设计图纸和工艺文件的规定，焊缝高度不低于母材，与母材圆滑过渡。
    3、燃煤导热油炉的焊缝及热影响区无裂纹、气孔、弧坑和夹渣。
    4、管孔焊缝咬边深度不超过0.5mm，总长度（两侧之和）不超过管周长的1/4，且不大于40 mm。
    5、燃煤导热油炉的施工严格遵守焊接操作规程和其它的标准及有关规定，并作好施工记录焊接记录以备案。
